Who we are looking for :
- SERVER / FRONT OF HOUSE PERSONEL - 3-4 days per week
- HOST / HOSTESS - 2-3 days per week
- Wine knowledge above industry average, and an interest in natural wine
- Pride in service, teamwork and attention to detail
- Uphold service and cleanliness standards
- Provide knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful service at all times
- Be able to properly describe components and ingredients of food and beverage menu items
- Ensure guest needs are met with great hospitality throughout the dining experience, start to finish
- Support and assist coworkers with all aspects of service
- Adhere to all company service standards and protocols
- Current Food Handlers & RBS Training certificates
- 1-2 years wine industry experience required
- 2-3 years experience in high volume restaurant service
Compensation :
- $17.28 hourly + tips
- Daily staff meal
