We're seeking to add an Inside Sales Representative with tremendous career growth potential.
In This Role, You Will
- Utilize software such as Outreach, Salesforce, seamless.ai, Zoom Info, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- B2B COLD CALLING (100+ outreaches / day) to book online demos. Selling an advanced condition monitoring system technology to manufacturing clients with qualified leads.
Note : Our current team members average 100+ calls / day
Compensation is a competitive mid-level salary and a REAL opportunity to double your income through a strong commission structure.
The role is remote, but we do require the candidate to be based in the US (Central or Eastern times zones highly preferred)
The Role
- Source new sales demonstration opportunities through outbound calls and emails as well as inbound and tradeshow lead acquisition.
- Understand customer needs and pain points as well as how Nikola can potentially help alleviate those pain points through our value propositions and solutions.
- Schedule qualified online demonstration opportunities to the appropriate Solution Architects for further development and closure.
- Achieve monthly quotas in areas of calls, emails, and demonstrations set.
- Research accounts, identify key targets, and generate interest through telephone and email activity.
- Maintain and expand Nikolas prospect database of prospects within assigned territory.
- Team with Solution Architects to book online demos, build pipeline, and close deals.
- Participate in effective online demonstrations to prospects.
Requirements
- Must have heavy business to business (B2B) Cold Calling experience to be considered.
- Inside Sales lead experience is preferred.
- Startup experience is preferred.
- Great track record of booking appointments or online demos.
- Strong phone presence and a proven record of dialing at least 100+ calls per day.
- Proficiency in web presentation tools and CRM (Salesforce).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
