As a Labeling Specialist on the Trust and Safety (T&S) Team, you will be responsible for labeling data which will be used for classifier development across policy categories.
You will be on the Enforcement Team and work closely with the Policy Managers and Machine Learning Engineers to refine our enforcement mechanisms.
IMPORTANT CONTEXT ON THIS ROLE : In this position you may be exposed to and engage with explicit content spanning a range of topics, including those of a sexual, violent, or psychologically disturbing nature.
Responsibilities
- Label data across policy categories to ensure high levels of precision and recall in our classifiers.
- Work with the Trust & Safety Policy Managers to identify policy gaps and novel policy trends.
- Create regular reports of progress and general trends that will be presented to the broader Trust & Safety team.

- Have 2+ years of experience in a content moderation role
- Able to quickly learn and utilize complex content policies to make decisions
- Able to communicate clearly with teammates about potential gaps in policy or areas for improvement
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times and tight deadlines
