• We are currently hiring a Full-Time Infant and Toddler Teacher
• Competitive pay ranges from $20.75 to $24.75 per hour (based on education, experience, and teacher certification)
• Hiring incentive of $1,000 after 100 days of employment - valid until 6 / 28 / 24
• Additional bonus of $1,000 bonus after 18 months of employment

As a Child Care Teacher, you will :

Create and lead activities based on your observations of the children’s interests and needs.

Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child’s day.

Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.

Requirements :

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements :

At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required

9 credits (3 child growth and development) OR child growth and development, and 1,000 hours in a center

Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred

At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred

Compensation Range : $20.25 - $24.75 / per hour
