Nesco's client a leading international manufacturer with multiple locations seeks a Payroll Manager. You will be responsible for all aspects of payroll across numerous divisions.

In addition to being the payroll point person across the organization, the Payroll Manager will be responsible for vendor relationships, pay compliance, and managing a team of 5 payroll specialists for 3000+ employees.

Responsibilities include :

  • Manage and oversee the payroll process and team across 30+ locations.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations as well as internal policies.
  • work with Corporate regarding retirement plans, QNDC's, deferral and bonus plans.
  • Union and Non-Union payroll issues.
  • Complete yearly R&D file for Tax-provide W-2 wages.
  • Create and manage information for FMLA and SOX Audit.

Experience :

  • 5+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • 12+ years of processing payroll within a time and attendance software.
  • Payroll software knowledge.
  • ERP systems and Microsoft Office
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication, and multi-tasking skills.

Education :

  • Bachelors degree with major in accounting preferred.
