RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide customer support to all existing and new customers
- Order management
- Enter Purchase Orders and answer phones in showroom
- Managing cash box and CRJ's
EDUCATION :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Undergraduate degree preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE :
- 2-3 years customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of Brick Sales or building materials preferred
- Oracle experience is a plus
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Excellent communication skills both internally and externally (customers)
- Excellent computer Skills / Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Committed to working in a zero harm workplace
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to lift 20+ lbs.
- Problem solving skills
- Able to work flexible hours as required
JOB INFORMATION :
M- F 7 : 00 to 4 : 00 CST. Occasional Saturday and overtime as needed.
