As a Biomedical Equipment Technician, you'll take charge of ensuring the quality and timely maintenance of all biomedical equipment.

We're seeking candidates with exceptional technical prowess, outstanding customer service acumen, and a dedication to delivering swift and efficient repair services.

Ideal candidates for this position should possess : - Strong preference for experience in OR / Cathlab and / or sterilizer operations.

  • A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in electronic, mechanical, or electro-mechanical repair within the healthcare technology domain.
  • Previous exposure to hospital or healthcare settings. - Proficiency in making informed decisions regarding troubleshooting and repairing medical devices.

Position Summary In this role, you'll be responsible for : - Troubleshooting, inspecting, repairing, maintaining, and calibrating a diverse range of clinical equipment, devices, systems, and instruments.

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. - Providing advanced support for equipment directly impacting patient care.
  • Collaborating with clinical health providers to identify and address technology-related challenges. - Addressing organization-level customer service issues and complaints.
  • Generating required documentation and reports. - Championing a safety-first mindset. - Overseeing financial aspects related to parts procurement and service.
  • Mentoring and coaching staff to promote their development. Basic Qualifications & Requirements - Associates Degree (or equivalent experience) in electronic, biomedical engineering, or a related field focused on managing, maintaining, and repairing clinical equipment within a healthcare environment.
  • At least 8 years of experience in electronic, mechanical, or electro-mechanical repair within a healthcare technology setting.
