Due to rapid growth, we are looking to add rockstar Lead Installation Technicians to our terrific team! One Hour specializes in residential HVAC service, maintenance, and installation. Position Summary : As a Lead Installation Technician you would be responsible for the complete satisfactory installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories. You would also oversee the work of Apprentice Installers to ensure work is performed correctly.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Install heating, air conditioning, as well as accessories in accordance with manufacturers specs.
• Braise copper joints without leaks.
• Pull vacuums on refrigerants systems and test for leaks
• Necessary wiring of low voltage accessories.
• Perform gas work, flue piping etc..
• Inspection of area for cleanliness after job completion
• Install duct work in new construction homes
• Performs start-ups on heating, cooling systems after installation.
• Confirm company vehicle is in safe working order
• Maintains safe working conditions.
• Ensures company vehicle is properly stocked, and replenishes stock as needed.
• Maintain a professional image at all times.
• Must have appropriate trade tools.
