The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping the staffing strategies at Pima Medical Institute. This position involves collaborating with academic and administrative leaders to identify talent needs, develop targeted recruitment initiatives, and implement best practices in the hiring process.

The TA Partner will drive full-cycle recruitment efforts, from creating engaging job postings and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and assisting hiring managers with facilitating the selection and hiring process.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to the higher education landscape.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including online job boards, cold calling, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Enhance the company's employer brand by participating in recruitment events (e.g., on-site and virtual career fairs) and creating engaging content (e.

g., testimonials) for social media platforms.

  • Establish professional network contacts / relationships within the community, including hospitals, clinics, and labs, to identify prospective and potential employees.
  • Contribute to creating a vibrant community within Pima Medical Institute that reflects diversity and fosters inclusivity.
  • Incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate and oversee the job posting process, from initial creation and posting of job openings to managing applicant tracking and finalizing the hiring outcome.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for various positions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Establish, maintain, and nurture relationships with third-party vendors to ensure effective collaboration and seamless integration of services within the recruitment process.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process and ensure the candidates meet regulatory, state, or federal requirements when applicable.
  • Assist hiring managers with developing a talent pipeline for future opportunities.
  • Assist in developing and training the recruitment process and best practices for hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding new hires.
  • Provide candidates with prompt assistance for relocation and reimbursement.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience in talent acquisition, marketing, sales, or human resources.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting and various sourcing methods.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Any equivalent combination of training, education, or experience meets the minimum qualifications.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
  • SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential(TASC)
