Construction Superintendent / QC Manager / SSHO
Job pay based on experience.
General Contractor based in Norfolk, VA, has an immediate opening for an experienced Construction Superintendent / QC Manager / SSHO (Super) to join our team.
Individual must possess at least 10 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
The Super will be responsible for all the on-site activities required throughout the construction process to successfully deliver a project on time and within budget.
We are expanding and have jobs throughout Hampton Roads and outside of the area.
The Construction Superintendent / QC Manager / SSHO position is a salaried, full-time position. This person works in conjunction with the Project Manager to plan and execute projects for the company.
Some of the duties include overseeing all onsite work, working with the Owner and Subcontractors to ensure the projects run smoothly and safely.
The Super must also be able to wear multiple hats and fill the QC Manager / SSHO position if required. This person will also need to be able to work independently while on site and be proficient with working electronically.
