Project Coordinator
Hours : 7am-3 : 30pm
Salary : $40-$50K BOE
Location : Milwaukee 53209
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Determine appropriate manufacturing processes for producing products to customer specifications.
- Generate product cost estimates, including material costs and labor costs.
- Generate product Bill of Materials and Process Routings.
- Generate CNC programs for laser, plasma, and oxyacetylene burn tables.
- Design and verify manufacturing fixtures and jigs.
- Generate production drawings and work instructions as needed.
- Maintain and organize product specifications.
- Provide technical support to organization as needed.
- Ensure that products are manufactured to customer specifications.
- Other duties as assigned or directed by Management.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 3 years minimum relevant experience
- A good working knowledge of metal fabrication processes and principles such as Saw cutting, Press Brake forming, Rolling, CNC punching and cutting, welding, and basic machining.
- Familiarity with all types of steel : plate, tube, bar, etc.
- Solid blueprint interpretation skills and well versed with engineering drawings.
- 3D CAD modeling and drawing generation experience (Solidworks preferred).
- Ability to plan and organize workflow in efficient manner.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
