WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - CUSTOMER SUPPORT
We just ask that you meet the following qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- 2+ years of experience in related industry, dispatch, and / or coordination
- Service Titan experience
- Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Geographical knowledge of the service area and / or map reading skills
- Advanced communication and customer service skills
- Sufficient auditory functioning and visual acuity to operate computer-aided call management hardware, software, and communications equipment
- Work assignments may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation for a known disability
- Ability to operate a personal computer and related equipment
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
