Responsibilities :
Estate Planning : Create customized estate plans, including wills and trusts, to meet client objectives.
Asset Protection : Advise clients on preserving and safeguarding assets while minimizing tax implications.
Trust Administration : Manage trust assets and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Probate Assistance : Guide clients through the probate process. Special needs probate experience is a plus
Tax Planning : Develop strategies to reduce estate and inheritance tax liabilities.
Legal Research : Stay current on California trust and estate laws.
Qualifications :
JD degree and California State Bar membership.
4 years of trust and estate planning experience.
Strong knowledge of California trust and estate laws.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Client-focused and detail-oriented.
In this role, you'll help clients secure their financial legacies, ensuring their estate plans align with their goals and wishes. No litigation involved.
