We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trust and Estates Attorney with a strong background in tax law to join our dynamic team.
This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in providing legal advice and services to our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of estate planning, trust administration, and tax law, with an emphasis on drafting skills, and charitable matters.

The ideal candidate for the Trust and Estates Attorney position should have the following qualifications :
1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Trust and Estates Attorney, with a strong focus on tax law. (5+ in estate planning and 3+ working with trust and estates in a mid-large sized firm setting)
3. Admission to the state bar.
4. LLM in Tax or heavy tax experience
