Registered Nurse Manager - Med / Surg
RN MGR - MED / SURG
Full-Time DAYS
Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Med / Surg Unit will have the following job responsibilities :
AS a Medical Surgical Unit at North Hills, you can expect to provide healing to a variety of diagnoses and populations such as post-surgical, orthopedic, and neurological / stroke.

- Delivers direct patient care according to established standards
- Implements, maintains, updates, and evaluates individualized plan of care on each assigned patient utilizing knowledge of the developmental needs appropriate to their age group
- Identifies and addresses the patient's family education needs
- Administers medication, IV therapy and treatments to assigned patients in an effective and timely manner
- Accepts, transcribes, initiates and carries out physician orders in accordance with established policies

Full-Time DAYS
Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Med / Surg Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications :
- ADN required
- BSN preferred
- With CNO approval : If Candidates do not have a BSN Degree but have an ADN, they have a Tuition Free ADN to BSN program.
- Current Utah State Licensure as a Registered Nurse (Compact license is accepted but TX State RN license required within 30 days of hire)
- Current BLS
- 1+ years of RECENT ACUTE CARE experience preferred
- LTAC Experience accepted - They are open to LTAC, and LTC if they have Acute care Med / Surg experience at some point of at least 1 year of experience as a MS RN is required.
Salary Max : $120,000
Sign-On Bonus : Case By Case Basis
