- Credentialing : 90 average, up to 120 days
- Care Team Model : 4 CRNA : 1 MD
Required :
- FL License; active and unrestricted
- NBCRNA
- ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Minimum 20 shifts per month
Travel expenses and malpractice insurance are provided.
