We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Technician to join our team. As a Dialysis Technician, you'll play a vital role in providing direct patient care to individuals undergoing dialysis treatment.
Your commitment to patient well-being and your technical expertise will be essential in ensuring the success of our patient's treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities :
Patient Care :
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
Monitor and document dialysis treatment parameters accurately.
Assist with pre and post-dialysis patient assessments and documentation.
Report any significant changes in patient condition to the supervisor.
Emergency Response :
Initiate basic CPR measures in emergency situations.
Respond effectively to emergency situations related to dialysis treatment.
Technical Skills :
Successfully completed a training course in the theory and practice of haemodialysis.
Maintain current CPR certification.
Qualifications :
At least 1 year of experience in dialysis.
Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility is preferred, but not required.
High school diploma or GED.
Education in physical sciences and / or training in laboratory techniques preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
