Responsibilities :
- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Always be consulting by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Building Relationships : Connect with clients and other agents in the industry.
- Lead Follow-Up : Keep in touch with leads to grow your pipeline.
- Easy Closings : Write offers, set & attend meetings with clients to get listings and contracts, communicate with team leaders & title companies, etc.
- Local Expert : Stay up-to-date with local market knowledge.
- Prospecting : Actively seek out new business to drive sales growth.

- Great communication and social skills

- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
- Self-Motivated : Able to work independently and get things done.
- Sales Experience : Previous sales experience is a plus.

- Be Adaptable : Willing to learn new tools and systems.
- Great Communicator : Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
