Description
- Lead and oversee the existing JOC team, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Drive growth and expand the JOC division, seeking new opportunities while maintaining strong client relationship
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver projects of the highest quality
- Act as a key figure in strategic planning and decision-making within the division
- Develop and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Profile
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, ideally with experience in JOC
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development and growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, staying organized and detail-oriented
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Job Offer
- Competitive Salary : $115,000 - $125,000 depending on experience.
