Responsibilities

The IGT Product Compliance Support Team is looking for a motivated individual to help facilitate the timely approval and distribution of IGT products.

Apply company policies and procedures along with jurisdictional specifications to complete assigned tasks and help resolve a variety of issues.

Develop positive working relationships with internal business partners, test labs, and gaming regulators.

Participation in cross functional meetings to monitor project progress, share information and develop action items. Identify issues that threaten critical path to project completion and escalate as needed.

Balance and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously, which may include inquiries from email and JIRA, lab preparation management, and product distribution considerations.

Your communication skills will be utilized in ways where some information received is semi-complex requiring considerable explanation or interpretation.

Sharp critical thinking skills allows you the ability needed to perceive alternative solutions to complex issues.

Other duties as assigned by management staff.

First Year Goals

Support email box management address questions timely or direct as needed within the department for response

JIRA case management manage the associated JIRA boards related to Support cases and Compliance Holds

Compliance Holds understand Compliance holds on sales orders and research and release when applicable

Qualifications

Associate degree in computer science, information systems or a related field, or equivalent experience in a customer service or support role.

Technical aptitude and superior customer service skills required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Detail oriented with a strong sense of urgency

Experience with Microsoft Suite products (Excel, Word and Outlook)

Experience with SAP and Atlassian (JIRA) products preferred

Gaming industry experience a plus

This position must be able to provide direction or to effectively communicate regulatory knowledge and information to internal customers to help minimize the risk of non-compliance.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location.

These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $50,482 - $115,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower.

The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
