In this role youwill :

Lead manage and develop ateam of direct reports in providing an exceptional customerexperience focused on service advice and guidance;

identifyopportunities for making banking easier for customers througheducation and demonstration of available digital options to supportadoption and customer convenience

  • Lead a highlydefined customer engagement process coaching to specific behaviorsthat lead to an enhanced customer experience and drive growth inthe business
  • Resolve tactical issues regardingthe customer and employee experience risk and growth of thebusiness to meet Branch Network businessobjectives
  • Lead the branch while engagingstakeholders peers and internal partners in collaborating andbuilding strong partnerships to deliver a customercentricexperience
  • Lead accountability for operationalexcellence and execute policies and procedures in alignment withapplicable regulations as well as audit and escalationprocedures
  • Coach bankers to engage customers tounderstand their needs and work proactively to build relationshipsand help customers succeed financially
  • Meetcustomer needs by assisting with transactions as needed; serve as arole model by delivering an exceptional customer experience andfocusing on building relationships
  • Coachdevelop and build a diverse team of highperforming direct reportsto execute on business strategies achieve results and drive growthof the business
  • Lead a team of direct reportscreating a culture that fosters engagement and accountabilitygenerates commitment and motivates teams to achieve businessoutcomes
  • Manage allocation of people andfinancial resources for the branch; be responsible for selectionevaluation and development of staff
  • This SAFEposition has customer contact and job duties which may include theoffering / negotiating of terms and / or taking an application for adwelling secured transaction.

As such this position requirescompliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and allrelated regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meetingall such requirements including acceptable background investigationresults.

Individuals in a SAFE position also must meet the LoanOriginator requirements under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the jobexpectations below

RequiredQualifications :

  • 2 years ofbanking financial services or Branch Network experience orequivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of thefollowing : work experience training military experienceeducation
  • 1 years of leadershipexperience

RequiredQualifications for Europe Middle East & Africaonly :

  • Experience in bankingfinancial services or Branch Network or equivalent demonstratedthrough one or a combination of the following : work experiencetraining military experienceeducation
  • Leadershipexperience

  • This position requires SAFEregistration at the time of employment. Wells Fargo will initiatethe SAFE registration process immediately after your employmentstart date.

Individuals in Loan Originator (LO)positions must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureauqualification requirements and comply with related Wells Fargopolicies.
