We are hiring an experienced IT Project Coordinator to help with IT Project coordination activities which includes project planning, project monitoring, and project status reporting.
This position will coordinate work for small projects across multiple IT teams with a well established client in the utilites industry.
WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Years Skills / Experience
- 4-7 Develop scope, cost estimates, work plans, time schedules, communication plans, and makes work assignments to meet project objectives
- 4-7 Develop information technology project plans and associated communications documents, identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, and track and report on project milestones and deliverables
- 4-7 Request the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals and where required, from other department managers 4-7 Technical writing experience compiling formal business documentation around a regulated industry
- 4-7 Experience using MS Project to track coordination task progress
Preferred Years Skills / Experience
- 2-4 Experience working at an Electric Utility or other municipality
