The Enterprise Account Executive role is an individual contributor, B2B outside sales position that proactively manages a multi-state geographic sales territory calling on hospital systems and large healthcare providers.

The Account Executive will engage with senior level decision makers, typically Chief Clinical or Medical Officer, VP of HR, or VP of Education.

The Account Executive must establish and cultivate relationships with new potential clients and current clients in the region through active lead generation activities includingaccount-basedmarketing approaches, event attendance, phone call and email outreach and local"on the ground" relationship building.

This position will manage multi-state territory across the country and sell any of Relias' product offerings into their territory.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :

  • Independently managingtime, territory, and travel in a way that maximizes the number of sales contacts across office based,direct in-person and event interactions.
  • Consistent and detailed use of Relias CRM system to track and manage all sales activities and pipelineopportunities.
  • Prospecting for new clients building a funnel of leads.
  • Preparing and presenting customized proposals and agreements to prospective clients, including detaileddemonstrations of our solution.
  • Effectively utilizing technology to facilitate remote presentations over the Internet.
  • Promoting a positive image for Relias by participating in tradeshows, professional organizations, andcommunity functions.
  • Managing current client relationships and securing their renewals

YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE / ARE :

  • 6 + years of sales experience in a B2B consultative sales role, selling into senior leadership in healthcare markets
  • A proven record of exceeding sales quotas over an extended period in SaaS, consultative saleswithin the last 3years.
  • Expertise with technology (Salesforce.com, Power Point, Excel forms and formulas, WebEx, web-based software applications, etc.)
  • High level of organization, time management, self-initiative and experience managing a multi-state sales territory from a homeoffice
  • Highly developed presentation and stand-up facilitation skills
  • Proven experience calling on top-level executives in a healthcare setting (CMO, CIO, VP of Nursing, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of hosted software applications (SaaS model) and other enterprise systems integrate.
  • Musthave advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to conductindependent market research on the internet.
  • Constant thirst for learning and ability to figure out new approaches and learn all potential use cases for our different product offerings for the different segments of the market
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time.

Education Required (Minimum required)

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare or related field

We are targeting an OTE of $180,000 - $230,000 annually. Relias considered many factors when making an offer including; established salary range, internal budgets, business need, education and years of applicable work experience possessed by the applicant.

Further, salary is only one element of our total compensation and benefits package.
