Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3+ years experience in bridge design
- EIT preferred, but not required
- Technical expertise for the layout & design of bridges and related highway structures
- Familiarity with rehabilitation of existing bridges and highway structures
- Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, ability to problem solve
- Proficiency in preparing structural plans for Department of Transportation (DOT) projects
- Software experience with AutoCAD and / or MicroStation
Compensation :
- Base Salary : $75,000 - $110,000 + bonus potential
- Excellent benefits package
