Must Haves :
- At least 2-3 years of experience gathering qualifications and creating distribution groups within Active Directory. For example, analyze the datasets and rules created and do so in a new tool (Cayosoft)
- Email Administration : Experience in email administration and building distribution groups using Exchange and AD.
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Perseverance and Patience : Ability to handle tedious tasks and understand complex rules.
- Data Analysis : Strong understanding of data and the ability to identify discrepancies in group memberships.

Day-to-Day Tasks :
- Investigate existing groups created by previous administrators and determine the rationale behind group memberships.
- Write rules to manage group memberships based on gathered information.
- Maintain and update groups using a different tool, ensuring they reflect current organizational needs.
- Analyze and validate group memberships, ensuring they are as accurate as possible.
- Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information and provide support.
Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Exchange Administrator to work remotely on the west coast. As the Email Admin you will be responsible for migrating managed access groups from a home-grown solution into Caysosoft.
You will manage the dynamic groups by understanding the rules, create distribution lists, gather the qualifications for what it takes to be in the group and maintain existing groups within the new tool,.
You should have a solid understanding of Active Directory (AD) and Exchange. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to extract and analyze information;
