As part of the Product and Program Delivery team, the Senior TPM will support and improve our business processes. In this critical role, partner with our Product and Tech leaders to plan, design and drive the execution of projects to make big deal moments for our customers, and to ensure that we remain competitive, and get the work done.

In this role you will get to :

Help drive the delivery of multiple high-visibility initiatives across several diverse product areas, including Customer Care Technology, as well as Rental Car and Flexibility Products, partnering closely with external vendors and internal Priceline Business, Product, Data, AI, Technology, Finance, and Infrastructure team members to achieve goals.

Support all governance activities by reporting on deliverables, risks, issues and progress against milestones.

Collaborate with all partners and program contributors to set quarterly team goals that align to our Customer Care development roadmaps.

Shepherd the program's complex processes into concrete deliverables, and translate them from definition to deployment across the organization.

Ensure accurate and current information is shared broadly with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Contribute your ideas and best practices to be leveraged by your peers in the Product & Program team.

Manage one or more agile scrum teams of in-house and off-shore developers, running all sprint ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, story pointing, demos and retrospectives.

Promote and use business intelligence reporting and metrics, acting as an ambassador for measurement, accountability and a disciplined approach to process improvement throughout the Priceline organization.

Utilize your experience in Agile management to design processes and manage program execution.

Who you are :

10-15 years of Program Management or Business Analysis experience in a technology organization (preferably ecommerce), running a variety of product development, infrastructure, compliance, security or privacy programs.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems and Technology, Computer Science, Management, or Business Administration

Assertive and diplomatic, and achieves team cohesion, while integrating and aligning corporate initiatives.

Proven ability to prioritize and balance conflicting priorities, to build best in class solutions with an eye for fine details, and to break down high-level problems and articulate solutions to both business and technical audiences

Experienced withJira / Confluence or similar Agile Project Management Environments, and are experienced with Agile SCRUM or Kanban development.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought / required.

In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and / or equity grant.

The salary range for this position is $130,000- $160,000K USD.
