Role Overview :

Could you be our next Manager, Sales Innovation and Technology ? Globe Life is looking for a Manager, Sales Innovation and Technology to join the team!

In this role, you will serve as a liaison between our sales field and home office partners to build, implement, and drive adoption across field-facing technologies.

The ideal candidate will have extreme ownership and responsibility to communicate with cross-functional teams with clarity and urgency.

This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, Texas (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).

What You Will Do :

• Manage complex projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced environment
• Define requirements with Business Analysts and sales leadership
• Spearhead Field Communication and conduct training
• Troubleshoot and quality assurance on issues raised by user
• Complete User Acceptance Testing
• Verify Data Integrity
• Ad Hoc Executive Reporting

What You Can Bring :

• Strong critical thinking and problem solving
• Strong technical background with experience with Salesforce and business reporting tools
• Background in a sales organization a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• High School Diploma required
• 4 Year College Degree preferred
