Our direct Client is looking for ServiceNow Developer with Mobile Agent App experience -6 Months Contract To Hire-Remote opportunity.
Required Skills and Responsibilities :
- Support the development and configuration on various areas including, but not limited to ITSM, Service Portal, Performance Analytics, Integration Hub, FSM, CSM, HRSD.
- Design and develop / configure workflows, forms, scripts, and underlying logic using SCRUM / Agile methodologies.
- Build workflow applications based on customer requirements
- Formulate functional testing approach, test cases and document them, Support User Acceptance Tests and deploy code into Production in defined releases
- Participate / conduct code walkthroughs with other team members
- Support ServiceNow platform upgrades
- Offer technical solutions to address complex requirements. Evaluate alternate solutions, identify the best option and implement the solution
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and fix identified SNOW system issues
- Provide direction to on call / support team member to resolve issues quickly
- Ability to learn and deploy new functionality / capabilities using ServiceNow platform to meet customer expectations.
Work Experience, Skills, and Certifications :
- 5+ years of experience working on ServiceNow in an enterprise environment
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development / implementation / integration / administrative experience
- Experience working with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript (AngularJS),
PowerShell, XML, SOAP, REST, Jelly, etc.)
- Experience configuring ServiceNow Mobile platform is a big plus
- Experience integrating internal and external (SaaS based) ticketing systems /
applications like HPSM, Zoom, Workday is a plus
- Experience interacting with customers to address / resolve queries.
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in IT, Engineering, or related science and math discipline with a Technology emphasis.
- Service Now Administrator Certifications, Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and ITIL foundations are big plus.
Education :
Bachelor s degree in computer science, information Systems, or related discipline.
This role is open to W2 or those seeking Corp-Corp employment.
The salary range for this role is 90-120 k / annum or Corp-Corp rates please contact the recruiter.
