Senior Infor Specialist with high level hands-on experience in development in Infor Human Capital Management (HCM) System.
The Senior Infor Specialist is expected to work with the Enterprise Software Services / Distributed Services Team and business staff to perform the following responsibilities :
- Perform system maintenance and configuration in Infor and its associated products.
- Utilize knowledge of talent management systems and business processes to provide internal customers with support as well as suggestions on how to best utilize the systems to meet business needs.
- Research, identify, and resolve escalated end-user issues, systems discrepancies, and partners with vendor support to track and escalate issues as needed.
- Work effectively with others to achieve common goals and respond positively to situations and feedback
- Configure, modify, and / or test software needed to support Infor HR Talent Global Human Resources / Human Capital Management (GHR / HCM) business processes.
- Provide system analysis, application setup and design, testing plan development and execution, report design, data conversion and interface mapping, enabling users to use Cloud Suite HCM HR systems.
- Independently analyze business processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to increase the efficiency and productivity of the applications supported.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Infor and related systems, including understanding system functionality, integration points, updates, and limitations.
- Serve as a point of contact to users of our supported business applications, and work toward the resolution of complex application problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that improve business processes and workflows.
- Conduct system testing, including creating test cases and executing test plans.
- Troubleshoot system issues and work with vendors to resolve technical problems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of their needs and requirements.
- Able to analyze Infor data and quickly assess problems and identify resolutions for improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience / Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience supporting talent management systems or other HR applications, including engaging with customers to solicit, capture, and critically analyze requirements.
- ERP experience with core Infor Human Capital Management applications (GHR).
- Experience supporting HR technology such as Infor HCM or Dayforce and working with human resources systems and processes.
- Prior experience with JAVA / .NET and JavaScript (preferred).
Skills / Abilities :
- Working knowledge of the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, construction, testing, and deployment.
- Strong functional and technical background.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer focus skills.
