We’re looking for an organized and creative Digital Asset Management Intern to join our team on-site and support the seamless management of our digital content.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter interested in marketing and content management to build skills in a dynamic and collaborative office environment.
Position OverviewAs the Digital Asset Management Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting our team by maintaining and enhancing digital content within our Digital Asset Management (DAM) Tool.
Your proactive approach to process improvement will ensure our digital assets are accessible, organized, and up-to-date for our Sellers, Marketing, Service, and Tech Support teams.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on various projects, gaining insight into key tools and methodologies used in digital marketing and asset management.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will : Manage Digital Asset Management requests and upload / replace assets via Wrike tickets.
Review and update standard work processes surrounding the DAM.Assist in the development of training materials for end-users.
Reference assets to products in the STIBO PIM (Product Information Management) tool workflow.Implement 5S methodology on unused assets to enhance organization and efficiency.
Provide support to our OpCos (Operating Companies) using the DAM tool.Support the Senior Digital Asset Manager with ad hoc duties as needed.
Project Work : Review assets to ensure adherence to standard naming conventions.Validate assets for correct taxonomy application.
Support website product tagging updates and enhancements.What You’ll GainThis internship offers you the chance to develop : A comprehensive understanding of Digital Asset Management tools and best practices.
Experience in a web environment, working with industry-standard platforms like Wrike and STIBO PIM.Insight into digital marketing strategies and content management methodologies.
Skills RequiredProficiency in Microsoft Excel.Basic knowledge of digital marketing is preferred, but not required.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
