Job Summary
Oversees and maintains the organizations computer hardware and software solutions. Responsible for integrating computer software and hardware infrastructure into the environment in support of the organizational needs and goals under supervision.
Diagnoses and troubleshoots issues and develops standard documentation related to infrastructure for future support and maintenance.
Participates in resolving facility project and other requests needing ITS hardware and software components. Assists management with budgetary planning and development to address ongoing and future infrastructure needs.
Responsible for following predetermined standards related to ITS hardware and software under supervision and with direction.
Delivers services according to service level agreements (SLAs). Acts as a mentor for other technical teams and support resources by educating as appropriate.
Essential Functions

Receives shipments and import the information into the inventory system
Performs hardware and software updates to ITS solutions including mobile devices following predetermined standards documentation
Evaluates and installs ITS hardware solutions and software applications for the enterprise following predetermined standards and guidelines.
Maintains detail inventory and device management databases.
Repairs broken devices and / or initiates calls to for onsite technical support
Retrieves equipment from warehouse(s) and prestige equipment.
Delivers equipment to campus and removes / tests / properly disposes of retrieved equipment
Acts as Clinical and Business Systems Analyst for applications issue resolution as required including during emergency situations.
Troubleshoots and resolves user requests related to ITS hardware and software.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory / Management Responsibilities
This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.
Minimum Requirements
Education - Associate degree inInformation Technology or a related field of study
Experience - No experience required.

Equivalent combination of academic / work experience may be considered in lieu of requirements detailed above.
