Responsibilities : Job Purpose :
Job Purpose :
Complete inspections encompassing interior, exterior, attic, and crawl space and provide quotes for McCall Commercial service offerings to prospective customers.
Ensure completion of documentation to align with McCall standards.
Generate sales leads via cold calling, networking, strategic partnerships, etc.
Communicate value of service and transition prospects to McCall customers
Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers
Attend all McCall Service continuing education programs to enhance your daily performance.
Keeps a Safety-First mindset, including when operating company equipment and company vehicle.

Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
