Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facility and equipment.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, concrete work, drywall patching, painting, & HVAC upkeep.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain physical capabilities, including the ability to bend, squat, heavy lifting and climb stairs ladders as part of the job tasks.
- Able to work indoors or outdoors in all weather conditions.
Requirements :
- 1 - 3 years prior experience desired
- A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus
- Ability to work individually or with others as needed.
- Mindful to learning new tasks
- Work 40hrs a week, overtime as necessary, holidays, Tuesday - Saturday 8am - 4 : 30pm
- Valid driver license
Compensation will be based on experience
