As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven and experienced Charter Sales Specialist Manager to lead our sales team and ensure top-tier service and results.
Role Overview : The Charter Sales Specialist Manager will lead a high-performing charter sales team, manage customer relationships, and develop strategies to grow our charter sales.
This role involves overseeing all phases of the charter sales process, from initial inquiries to post-flight follow-ups, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership :
- Lead, mentor, & manage a team of charter sales specialists to meet & exceed sales targets.
- Conduct team meetings, set goals, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Sales Strategy Development :
- Create and execute sales strategies that expand our customer base and market reach.
- Analyze market trends and collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns.
Sales and Coordination :
- Sell, book, and coordinate private jet trips for high-net-worth clients.
- Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with JetRight’s "Lift Every Moment" philosophy.
- Manage customer inquiries, generate quotes, and oversee the conversion of leads into bookings.
- Communicate operational issues and ensure seamless trip execution.
Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business.
- Oversee negotiations and manage contract terms to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
Operational Coordination :
- Collaborate with operations and flight scheduling teams for smooth charter flights.
- Monitor flight schedules, aircraft availability, and client needs.
Reporting & Analysis :
Provide regular performance reports and use data to drive sales improvements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred but not required.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in aviation or charter services.
- Proven success in managing teams and achieving sales goals.
Skills & Attributes :
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Avianis, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-driven with a high attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to be on-call for after-hours support when needed.
