We are currently seeking a skilled Compensation professiona to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our compensation strategy and programs.
If you are an analytical thinker with a passion for equity design, recognition programs, executive compensation, compensation analysis, compensation planning processes, and possess advanced MS Excel and HCMS knowledge (preferably Workday), we encourage you to apply.
You will be a key player in our HR team, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing global compensation strategies and programs that align with our business goals and values.
You will be a trusted advisor to leadership and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure we have competitive and equitable global compensation programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Guide the evolution of equity compensation plans in our newly public company, ensuring alignment with industry market trends, best practices and regulatory compliance.
Lead the management of all executive compensation activity, including collaborating with external consultants, preparing recommendations for the Compensation Committee, and preparing required SEC disclosures.
Design and administer recognition and rewards programs to engage and retain top talent, fostering a culture of appreciation and achievement.
Perform industry and market research and financial analysis related to compensation strategy and design, utilizing survey data, proxy disclosures, and other resources to ensure our compensation programs remain competitive and attractive.
Facilitate compensation planning processes, including base pay, bonus and equity, ensuring alignment to our pay-for-performance philosophy, and helping Allegro obtain the most value from its compensation investments.
Lead strategic projects such as pay equity analysis and pay transparency initiatives.
Play a critical role in compensation due diligence during acquisition activity or start-up in a new region, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with our compensation philosophy.
Utilize expertise in HR systems and analytical tools to create robust models and analytics in MS Excel, and to configure and manage compensation data, plans and processes in HCMS.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CEP, GRP) is a plus.
Proven experience as a Senior Compensation Advisor or in a related role, with a minimum of 7-10 years of global compensation experience.
Minimum of 5 years of compensation experience in a publicly traded company required.
Expertise in equity design, recognition programs, executive compensation, compensation benchmarking and analysis, and administration of compensation planning processes.
Strong knowledge of HR systems and tools, with advanced skills in MS Excel and HCMS (preferably Workday).
In-depth understanding of compensation market trends, best practices, and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization.
