Title : Building Enclosure Manager
Location : Greensboro, NC (hybrid)
Duration : Direct Hire / Permanent
Pay : $110,000- $135,000, DPOE
We are seeking a Manager for our client's Building Enclosure team. This senior role involves leading and expanding the department, supporting new design work, and collaborating with Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical engineers.
Key responsibilities include managing personnel, enhancing department backlog, preparing proposals, and overseeing project quality and safety.
The manager will handle Building Enclosure projects, review construction documents, and drive business development.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, 8+ years of experience, and a PE license. Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees and experience with foundations, soil retaining structures, and PCA / FCA work.
