An incredible and rare opportunity to join the Design team at SHEIKE. We are excited to welcome an experienced Senior Designer to the business.
We are looking for someone that is passionate & creative, with a strong technical skillset, to join us on a Maternity Leave cover.
Responsibilities :
- Work in collaboration with Head of Design & Buying and the design team to build & fulfill the seasonal direction & OTB
- Provide research & analysis on trends, silhouettes, fabric and garment details which are relevant to the brand
- Design & deliver highly relevant, on-trend, commercial product
- Ensure the range increases brand competitiveness, maximises sales, and achieves financial targets / margins, whist adhering to the critical path and all quality requirements.
- Ensure key approval dates are met
- Co-ordinate and review the OTB % product category plans, develop strategy, formulate the brand vision, identify market opportunity, competitor intelligence and assist in planning across VM & marketing departments.
Experience Required :
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design ability & creativity.
- 6+ years previous experience within Women's fashion design
- Excellent Adobe Suite skillset
- Proven leadership and strong communication skillset.
- Strong technical confidence, applying influence across the business regarding production & product.
- Highly detail-oriented & organised
- Ability to set standards and priorities in line with key deadlines
- One team mindset with strong ability to collaborate
