We are looking for our next skin expert (Licensed Esthetician) to join ourteam. This individual will help create cultivate and promote ahighquality wellness environment for our clients.

They will providethe Tricocis standard of services for facial wax treatments andbrow artistry.

Here aresome highlights of what you will be doing in thisrole :

• Responsible forperforming facials face and body waxing daily various skin caretechnologies brow / lash lamination and lifting &tinting.
• Providing comprehensive skin careconsultation emphasizing benefits of service regimen andencouraging clients to take home appropriate skin care products fortheir skin care needs.
• Following all safetysanitation and hygienic procedures before during and afterservices; always ensure boardcompliance.
• Regularly attend and participate ineducational training to improve and strengthen beauty serviceexpertise and develop new skills this includes staff meetingstraining sessions sales promotions external events and industryshows.
• Be an active and engaged member of theTricoci team that promotes teamwork and an elevated level of clientservices throughout the Salon andSpa.
• Cultivating new client relationships andensuring retention of new and existing clients through highstandards of service courteous andattentiveness.
• Achieving personal and salonservice goals by informing and educating clients on new innovativeproducts facial services and programs to build a strong clientbase.
• Maintaining safety standards andcleanliness keeping work area clean and equipment properlysanitized.
• Proactively develops new clientelethrough delivering exceptional service referrals andpromotion.

Here aresome of the skills that we are lookingfor :

• Valid and currentIllinois license as required in either Cosmetology / EstheticsLicense.
• Thorough knowledge of skin caretechnologies skin care products and related applicationprocedures.
• A minimum of three years ofexperience in facials; facial & body waxing four yearsexperience a plus.
• Eyelash extensionapplication a plus.
• Experience in advanceservices : exfoliation treatments micro channeling HydraFacial andspeed waxing is a plus.
• Effectivecommunicationexcellent communication skills and organizationalskills.
• Ability to work independently and aspart of a team.
• Ability to build and maintainstrong client relationships.
• Requirededucation : High school or equivalent.
• Able tostand on your feet or sit for prolonged periods oftime.
• Available to work a minimum of 4 days perweek of varied shifts including evenings weekends andholidays.
