Louis office who will be responsible for managing a wide range of high complexity projects for key business areas, such as Safety Operations.
You will be responsible for creating a project plan, assessing resource needs for effective delegation of responsibilities, establishing deadlines, monitoring, and summarizing progress, identifying, and resolving issues.
Manage all resources for the flawless execution of key organizational projects.
A successful candidate will lead by example, promoting our Wiese vision, values culture, and safety while supporting all that has made Wiese a leader in the material handling equipment and service industry.
This manager will make it a priority to promote local safety efforts to ensure our Team Members go home healthy every day.
About the role :
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and always with a mindset of excellence.
- Consistently implement change management tools and techniques in a flexible manner to optimize project results while using appropriate verification techniques.
- Effectively communicate with Stakeholders; providing early and clear escalation of risks, develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Communicate and respond with a sense of urgency to changes in work or direction of project and demonstrate flexibility in approach.
- Identify and manage challenging goals and actions with an ability to delegate cross functionally, through the project team, third parties, vendors, and with other team members.
- Coach, mentor, and lead project team members, to build trust and influence through strong relationships across diverse teams.
