JOB SUMMARY
Marymount University seeks qualified instructors to teach various courses in Music. The position will involve teaching one or two classes per semester, including our Pep Band course, and directing the band during athletic games as arranged.
Opportunities to teach Jazz History may also be available. Qualified applicants will be contacted when the need arises.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Teach designated courses and must be committed to program development and monitoring course content and course implementation.
Maintains appropriate office hours and advises students on coursework.

Education
Master’s degree at minimum; PhD degree in related field preferred for graduate teaching.
