Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with an arts-focused nonprofit organization to identify a Human Resources Manager for their Downtown Boston headquarters.

They are looking for someone who will work collaboratively with all departments to ensure proper communication and coordination.

  • Hybrid work schedule

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager include but are not limited to :

  • Handling employee relations and concerns
  • Maintaining benefits including onboarding, offboarding, and enrollments
  • Submitting timesheets to their outsourced payroll company
  • Assisting with the hiring process for several active search including coordinating with hiring managers, pushing candidates through their HRIS, and assisting with final offers
  • Reviewing weekly unemployment claims

Background Expected of the Human Resources Manager :

  • 4+ years in a Human Resources role, including 2+ years handling benefits and 1+ year with department leadership responsibilities
  • Proficiency in any HRIS required, experience with Bamboo is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or experience equivalent

Salary range depending on experience : $90,000 - 110,000
