Warehouse Forklift Operator

Become a vital part of our team as a Warehouse Forklift Operator at our Norwood, MA production facility! You'll play a key role in processing, storing, and shipping finished goods and raw materials while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

This role operates on two shifts and there is flexibility to work 8 or 10 hour shifts!

1st Shift : Monday to Friday, with scheduled Saturdays and / or Sundays from 5 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.

2nd Shift : Monday to Friday, with scheduled Saturdays and / or Sundays from 5 : 00 p.m. to 5 : 00 a.m.

Primary Assignments :

• Safely offload all inbound freight and maintain accurate documentation of transactions.
• Verify the accuracy of inbound freight bills and record receipt or movement of products in the NAV ERP system.
• Stage materials for production and ensure uninterrupted production by providing necessary materials to manufacturing lines.
• Store or ship finished goods products from designated production areas.
• Receive returns from production and re-rack products as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Lead or Warehouse Supervisor for inspection of incoming products.
• Rotate product date codes during pulling operations to maintain freshness.

Essential Qualifications :

• Minimum of two years of experience in shipping and receiving, with knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Proficient in put-away / retrieval of pallets in racked warehouses and loading / unloading trucks.
• Familiarity with warehouse documentation and processing requirements, along with average computer skills.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English required.
• Capable of standing for prolonged periods and lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to work in a cold environment and occasional weekends as needed.
