IT Advisor, Technology Consulting, Technology Transformation, TMT, Sector Leadership & Solutioning, Strategy, Solutions Architect (Senior Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1483393), Ernst & Young LLP, Alpharetta, GA.

Assist clients within the TMT industry by guiding them to achieve business success while delivering strategic IT value. Lead teams to deliver capabilities such as Solution Development and Modernization Strategy, Business Transformation via Technology, and Architecture Design and Solution Implementations.

Advise organizations in imagining, designing, and implementing competitive business capabilities that harness emerging and scaled technologies (such as Cloud, Blockchain, AI, and Internet of Things (IoT).

Work across multiple TMT Sector industries and be accountable for executing projects, managing executive client stakeholders by being the primary point of contact to clients.

Assist clients on developing target architectures, performing architectural assessment and gap analysis and helping formulate the overall solution strategy and road.

Guide organizations with building out reference architectures and assist the client through the execution of reference architecture.

Provide subject matter expertise on various architecture areas including technology, information, data, security, and integration.

Play an integral part in maintaining a book of business and leading sales and business development efforts to grow the practice.

Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive on-the-job feedback / coaching to team members.

Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services.

Generate and manage new business opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday Friday, 40 hours per week, 8 : 30 am 5 : 30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Logistics or a related field and 8 years of industry and advisory and / or consulting experience (of which 5 years must be progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience).

Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Logistics or a related field and 7 years of industry and advisory and / or consulting work experience.

Must have 7 years of Technology, Media and Entertainment, and Telecommunications (TMT) Sector experience.

Must have 7 years of experience in advising TMT Sector clients on any combination of the following : target development architectures, architectural assessments, gap analysis, solution strategy, and / or roadmaps.

Must have 5 years of experience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks and methodologies including one or a combination of any of the following : Zachman, TOGAF, ITIL, and / or Gartner.

Must have 7 years of experience in designing and implementing solution architecture in a combination involving all the following domains :

• Technology architecture,
• Information architecture,
• Data architecture,
• Application architecture,
• Security architecture, and
• Integration architecture.

Must have 7 years of experience architecting and implementing large scale, innovative IT solutions to drive business transformation in a combination of 2 or more of the following technology stacks :

• PaaS,
• Amazon Web Services (AWS),
• Microsoft,
• Java, and
• XaaS

Must have 2 years of experience with systems integration including delivering projects related to one or any combination of the following : COTS, Custom, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and / or CRM solutions.

Must have 5 years of experience leading TMT Sector teams of technology professionals.

Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.
