Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Senior Program Manager will play a critical role in managing and coordinating strategic programs and initiatives within the Partnerships department.

This position requires a highly organized, strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and communication skills. The successful candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration, ensure the execution of high-impact projects, and prepare internal and external facing materials and presentations.

Strategic Planning and Execution :

  • Assist the SVP of Partnerships in developing and implementing strategic plans
  • Oversee the execution of key initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals in partnership with our PMO teams
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and other collaborative sessions to drive project progress
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Represent the SVP of Partnerships in meetings and discussions as needed
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among partners, ensuring alignment and mutual benefit
  • Develop high-quality presentations and reports for internal and external partners
  • Ensure all materials are clear, compelling, and aligned with strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to gather necessary data and insights for presentation materials
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Monitor dashboards and performance metrics to track progress and outcomes
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project status, risks, and opportunities
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Chief of Staff, Project Management, or a related role

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing high-quality presentation materials
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Salary Ranges

Compensation : $83,950.00 / Year - $119,900.00 / Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies;

compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
