The Event Producer provides a best-in-class production service for a diverse and influential portfolio of events. The individual in this role will shine if they enjoy being a part of a fast-paced creative team, possess a naturally strong work ethic and relish solving problems.

The person in this role has a razor-sharp aptitude for digital project management tools and views them as their secret weapon when it comes to maintaining elevated production efficiency and delivering client satisfaction.

Your Impact

The impact and influence of this role is expansive. You will work directly with everyone in the company from the C-suite to entry level coordinators.

Your oversite of this significant portfolio of events will have a lasting and meaningful impact on the business and culture.

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to :

1. Event Project Management and ProductionPlan the lifecycle of various events, including pre, day of, and post event activities, developing project teams, venue and vendor selection and management, creating a budget, and developing a timelines and agendas for events.

Delegate tasks, provide guidance and support, and ensure that everyone is working towards the common goal. Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness events over time.

Execute day-of-event plan and ensure production teams have what they need to meet goals and objectives.Support and at times lead the development, implementation and expansion event strategy, programming, and initiatives.

2. Maintaining a comprehensive and organized event digital archiveArchive all event plans, documentation, and budgets for future reference.

Archive all digital content assets in an organized library.

3. Foster effective cross-departmental collaborationBuild trust with all cross-functional stakeholders by keeping them well informed through regular project management updates.

Act as a role model for all cross-functional partners by being a consummate professional and rock-solid partner.

4. Support Event Team Organizational EffortsManage event, production, and studio calendars to ensure optimal scheduling and utilization of resources.

Submitting event project invoices in a timely manner and ensuring accurate and complete documentation.

We’d love to hear from people with

4-6+ years of corporate event and project management experience with a track record of successfully managing and executing events of varying scales.

Adept at the use of project management software, excel, Word, Photoshop. Any background with Photoshop, Illustrator or 3D design programs would be a big plus.

$90,000 - $100,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location.

Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
