Job Description : Billing and Compliance Coordinator Reports To : Credit Manager Assignment Focus : We are looking for Billing and Compliance Coordinator to join our Accounts Receivable team.
The Billing and Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for invoicing all of our multifamily clients on a timely basis.
In addition they will manage all certificates of insurance as well as managing vendor compliance across multiple portals.
The ideal candidate will be able to multitask in a high volume, fast paced environment. Primary Responsibilities : Complete vendor packets for new customers Set-up new customers in the system Upload invoices into OPS, Nexus, and Vendor Café Process credit card transactions Manage all certificates of insurance Ensure compliance through multiple portals Work to resolve customer issues Desired Skills and Experience : Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment Experience using Roll Master is a plus Strong attention to detail is a must Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Salary & Benefits Salary will be commensurate with experience 401k with company contribution of $0.
