Advanced Team Leader, Warehouse

As an Advanced Team Leader in our Warehouse facility you will be responsible for leading and motivating team members toward a common goal.

You will have broad influence on the organization both cross-shift and cross-functional in helping to drive exceptional performance.

• Bachelors degree plus 2 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility;
• OR Bachelors degree plus 3 years of military operations and leadership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility;
• OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility;
• OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of military operations and leadership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility;

OR Successful completion of the Gallo Operations / Technical Management Program.

• 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience; demonstrates team building, leadership and mentoring skills.
• Required to work day, swing or graveyard shifts as scheduled.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering plus 2 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility;

OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management plus 5 years of manufacturing operations management, or logistics operations management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

• 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience; demonstrates team building, leadership and mentoring skills.
• MBA or Masters Degree in Engineering.
• 2 years of technical production / operations or technical maintenance experience.
