DataArchitecture Design :

Develop and implement acomprehensive data architecture strategy that supports the companys business objectives and growth plans.

Design scalableand efficient data models and architectures to support datawarehousing big data and data integrationsolutions.

Data Governance &Quality :

Establish and enforce data governancepolicies to ensure data accuracy privacy andsecurity.

Implement data quality frameworks and processesto maintain high standards for dataintegrity.

Leadership & TeamManagement :

Lead a team of data architectsengineers and analysts; provide mentorship and professionaldevelopment opportunities.

Coordinate with other IT andbusiness units to ensure effective collaboration andcommunication.

Technology Evaluation &Implementation :

Stay abreast of emergingtechnologies and industry trends; evaluate and recommend new toolsand technologies to enhance data architecture.

Overseethe implementation of data solutions and ensure they meetorganizational needs and performancestandards.

Data Integration &Optimization :

Design and manage dataintegration processes to consolidate and harmonize data frommultiple sources.

Optimize data pipelines and workflowsfor efficiency and performance.

StakeholderCollaboration :

Work closely with businessleaders data scientists and IT teams to understand datarequirements and deliver actionable insights.

Translatebusiness requirements into technical specifications and datasolutions.

Documentation &Reporting :

Maintain comprehensive documentationof data architecture standards and processes.

Provideregular reports and updates on data architecture initiatives andperformancemetrics.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or arelated field; Master s degreepreferred.

Experience : 8 years ofexperience in data architecture data engineering or a related fieldwith at least 3 years in a leadershiprole.

TechnicalSkills :

Proficiency indata modeling database design and data warehousing technologies(e.g. SQL NoSQL HadoopSpark).

Experience with cloud dataplatforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) and data integrationtools.

Knowledge of datagovernance data quality and metadata management bestpractices.

SoftSkills :

• Strongleadership and team managementskills.
• Excellentproblemsolving and analyticalabilities.
• Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to conveycomplex concepts to nontechnicalstakeholders.

Certifications(Preferred) :
