Responsibilities :
Handle all aspects of hotel reservations from receiving inquiries to confirming room availability and making bookings
Engage with guests via phone email and inperson interactions to address reservation inquiries modifications and cancellations
Facilitate smooth checkin and checkout experiences for guests addressing any special requests or concerns they may have
Process payments manage reservations and issue invoices or receipts as required
