We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team and assist with various marketing activities. This role will provide valuable support to our marketing team in executing campaigns, maintaining marketing materials, events and ensuring efficient communication both internally and externally.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual who is eager to learn and contribute to our marketing initiatives.

What you'll do

• Project Management : Work closely with all department managers to develop and organize action plans which includes budgeting, scheduling, staffing, SOP’s, inventory management, and sourcing.
• Administrative Tasks : Handle various administrative duties such as organizing marketing materials, maintaining files, and scheduling meetings for the marketing team.
• Market Research : Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide insights for marketing strategies.
• Event Coordination : Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and promotions.
• Social Media Management : Assist in scheduling posts and community management on our social media platforms to engage with our audience and promote our brand.
• Influencer Program Management : Assist with identifying and gifting influencers and building relationships with them.
• Marketing Supplies : Source supplies, services, and equipment for marketing and merchandising purposes, as well as for all event needs.
• Product Requests : Work closely with production & distro on department product requests, tracking and maintaining organized logs.
• Marketing Materials Management : Organize and manage swag, display, creative samples, and archive inventory.
• Department Budget : Submit and manage the creative team’s reimbursements forms and manage and track the marketing team’s monthly budget.

RequirementsExperience / Training / Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a marketing intern, assistant, or similar role.
• Must be 21+

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proactive and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with event management and coordination.

Pay Range :

$23-$27 / Hour DOE
